Chris ware's work is the least busiest when it comes to mark making, compared to the other artists here. He seems to smoothly black out parts, while also using a scribbly way of blacking out parts. This could be just due to the type of materials he has on him at the time, or a personal choice. A lot of the mark making he does seems to be lines that follow the shape of the object or person he is shading, with a little bit being hatching. When i complete my work I should consider the direction of the lines I make, as well as the space I leave.
