For this brief I have been given an article from an existing source, and from it must produce an editorial illustration/s to accompany it. Details will be provided along with the article and the illustrations created must be suited for the article in question and its source (for example The Guardian)
The focus of these illustrations should be on conceptual art, which means it should take on a metaphorical depiction of the idea or theory that is being presented.

Plant in the wrong spot? Now's the time to move it

The article that I have been given talks about the best time of year in which to move deciduous trees and shrubs in an effective way to prevent the death of the plants. This article audience is quite simple as it is most likely aimed at gardeners and plant lovers, so I should have a look at other articles, books and magazines that target this kind of demographic. I will also need to look into the process of moving deciduous trees an shrubs to see if I can find anymore details into the process, that hasn't already been discussed in the article.
